How does the bloc device work?
The bloc device sticks to your fridge and works with the iOS app. When you want to unblock an app, you walk to the fridge and tap your iPhone on the device. That physical trip is the friction that breaks the impulse.
Is bloc available?
Yes! bloc is live on the App Store. Download it for free and start taking back your time.
How do I get the app?
Download bloc from the App Store. Visit our homepage and click 'Download on App Store' or search for 'bloc' on the App Store.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your usage data stays on your device. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the bloc iOS app under Settings > Account > Delete Account. If you need help, contact us at the email below.
