1. Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your bloc purchase. bloc is a one-time purchase with no subscriptions or recurring charges. This policy outlines the terms for refunds on bloc device purchases.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all bloc device purchases, including Single, Duo, and Squad bundles. If you are not satisfied with your bloc device for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. No questions asked.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
  • The device must be returned in its original packaging
  • The device must not be physically damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • All included items (device + quick start guide) must be returned

How to Return

  1. Email us at yashverma38@gmail.com with your Order ID
  2. We will provide a return shipping address
  3. Pack the device securely in its original packaging and ship it back
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned device. The refund will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, or wallet) used for the purchase. Original shipping was free, so there is nothing to deduct.

3. Defective or Damaged Devices

If you receive a defective or damaged device, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will either replace the device at no additional cost or provide a full refund. You may be asked to share photos of the defect or damage.

4. Cancellations Before Shipping

If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel it for a full refund by emailing us with your Order ID. You can check your order status at letsbloc.com/track.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

  • Devices physically damaged due to misuse, abuse, or negligence
  • Devices that have been modified or tampered with
  • Return requests made after the 30-day return window
  • Devices returned without original packaging

6. App Store Purchases

The bloc app is free. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions. If Apple charges you for anything related to the app, please contact Apple Support directly.

7. Warranty

The bloc device comes with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

If your device develops a defect covered by the warranty, contact us and we will repair or replace it at no charge.
