By accessing or using the bloc mobile application, physical device, website, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use our Services.

3. Account Registration

5. bloc Device

The bloc physical device is sold as a consumer electronic product. Upon purchase, you own the physical hardware. However, the software embedded in the device and the accompanying mobile application are licensed, not sold, to you.

You agree not to tamper with, modify, or attempt to extract the firmware or software from the bloc device. Any unauthorized modification may void your warranty and violate these Terms.

6. Payments and Refunds

bloc is a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden fees. The app is free forever. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price at the time of order.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof, are the exclusive property of bloc and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

bloc is a wellness tool designed to help you manage your screen time. We do not guarantee specific results, and the effectiveness of the product may vary from person to person. bloc is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bloc and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Services exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless bloc and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the app or by contacting us at support@letsbloc.com.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bloc is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
